Gone back to the old VRS alloys with a fresh look

Annoyingly found this when I washed the car this evening.  I think it happened today whilst parked up.  Not happy

 

 

Luckily I was able to polish the hell out of it, and whilst there is still a good scratch that's gone through the paint, it's much better

Download the free 'Imgur' app, upload the photo's on there, copy the link and post on the forum

 

Or if you use Tapatalk then there is a built in photo uploading and posting function on there

I use photobucket it's easy just copy and past the IMG

Spent the day doing the car ready for Ashby Foleville next week.

You know it's clean when you can see the sky.

Cleaned the interior using Autoglym interior spray shampoo I got of eBay for £5.00.

The outside is done in colour restorer, autoglym high gloss resin polish and sealed with autoglym aqua wax.

The wife works for Tesco and some re**ard swiped the rhs of the rear bumper.

Plenty of tcut and Halfords touch up pair later it looks ace

Thankfully didn't need touch up.  Long term the back bumper will need respraying sadly, as will a few other bits of the car....

thats a cracking job on the polish

Finally got my bumper on a ap coilovers just wheels to put on now tomorrow/tuesday

Get em on.. drop it + space those wheels out

Lowered the front a touch more tonight, 15m spacers on the back this week

Finally gave the car a clean after the 800miles since its last wash.

my rear bumper got brushed against in my street and the car i matched it upto denied he had done it, so i pointed my scuff to his and then he blamed me, cheek. i managed to t-cut mine out even though he told me to buy a can of silver spray and cover it over. do one matey. 

Get em on.. drop it + space those wheels out

will be tomoz hopefully mate and got 25mm spacers for rear then let the coilovers settle over next few days then set them up for vw fest at weekend

It really rattles me as we work hard so we can afford to run cars we like and enjoy, yet people out there ruin it by being d*cks etc
