I'm the owner of a Skoda Octavia, the first one, from 1997.

Well, the problem i have is that the lighting is not working.

I don't smoke, but need for charging the mobile or the DVD Player.

I really can't find where the fuse is, I've check the manual, but where it says, the fuse is fine.

Does anybody can help me?

Do you have the window controls locked from the control panel on the drives door? I believe that can kill to the power to the front lighter socket.
