Thought i might try and write my own project thread, if i can remember to update it often enough anyways.

Picked up my Fabia in january. 64k on the clock, Elegance spec and more importantly, Diesel :)

Going to be spraying all four calipers eventually and rebleeding, once we get some more dry weather here do i can take the wheels off the car without getting p*** wet through. Got some nice Neon Green Paint to try out ;)

Next plan is Weitec Springs. Hopefully Ordering Monday :)

Anyone got a set of VRS Dampers going spare? would rather build up onto different dampers so its a straight off, straight on job

You lucky bugger! I always wanted the TDI engine. Only they're impossible to find over here. Hatchback+TDI is non-existent.

Lookin good! Lower it and tint the windows and it'll look splendid.

Next 2 jobs on the list ;)

I couldnt believe my luck when i bought this. First place i went in and it was perfect. Cruise control, heated seats, parking sensors and of course, black tdi harchback :)

Good catch, mate. Good catch. The closest I got to one was a Fabia Combi, a 2002 I believe, former taxi with 220k miles for 3000 quid. Nah, for that, i'd rather have my 1.4MPI for 1200 quid.

I'll admit that I never liked oil burners, but there are three engines I like. The Fabia TDI, the Passat 2.0 TDI and Mecedes 220CDI.

As a basic reveiw, the Weitec Springs and Superpro Bushes have completely transformed the handling of my car. I may uprate the dampers and ARB's in the future but for now, this shall do :)

Looks far better now with springs mate
