SD Card Reader?

Featured Replies

Annoyed how all my SD Card reader fails to read SDHC cards on W7 64bit. The laptops built in ones read fine, so its not a card issue.

What SD Card readers do you guys use for a pain free transfer?

Built in on my Asus and work HP.

I have a Kingston one which works fine on w7 64bit (Lenovo T400), and the built in one on HP Elitebook work seems to work fine, as does the one on my Dell desktop (again w7 64bit).

Bought a couple of Integral USB 2.0 Single Slot SD Reader at £2.33 from Amazon. They seem to work fine with the SDHC cards.

Is it a SDHC compatible card reader and do you have a USB 2.0 cable?

I found out the cheapo one from ebay broke or failed to read the cards but still being detected by the machine, thats the reason why i was a little stumped and thought it was a driver issue. Im undecided if I want an internal one now, USB 3.0 or internal USB 3.0 version...

But yes the one I had was SDHC compatible.
