next year i will be on stand etc but just to busy with 2 builds at moment to commit so wil try and pop down for a few hours if i can!!

I've repackaged up all the track stuff tonight. Boy, that took a while, but I had no leftovers or bits missing when I got to the end, so all good.

I'm taking the Banner to the Maidstone meet on the 1st September and group1rs is going to bring it to Castle Combe a week later.

Only two weeks to go. Blimey this is coming round quickly.

Booked an extra session for 10:45, I'm a newbie as well, it can't be any worse that driving around the med in august, nothing that a bit of defensive driving and international sign langauge wont sort

Yes they are. Get them 10-15 minutes before your track time as they are rented for an hour @ £5 a time.

Yeah that's what most of us did

I am bringing mine but have been offered a passenger ride out in the Brisky session, which I have accepted.

Helmets can be hired for (I think) £10 an hour, so best off getting one around 15 minutes before the session, then returning PDQ.

If at any time someone is on a session, either as passenger or driver, and I am not out, my XL helmet is available to borrow.

My extra track sessions have come through with an extra ticket...

There are red passes, which are only hung up to indicate which track session you are in. Stand just say "K1 to K4 Briskoda - I know where I'm going" and head over where we were in April.

YEs, they sent me two track session passes and 1 adult admission pass.

I'll have to see if they've charged me because it said you need one for track time but I deselected that box.

Cheers guys. I'll be driving blind having never been anywhere near Castle Combe before, so if i spot a couple of Skodas, i'll likely follow them and hope they're coming to us.

My car is currently sporting a dent on the front passenger wing that has been badly painted to protect from rain until i can get around to sorting it out properly. :(
