Castle Combe Summer Action Day 8th Sept 2012! Brisky stand & track!

I'm not allowed to until the Calendar is released Bryan.

It's nothing big or flash, just a small scale thing to raise money for "Help for Heroes", the last point being why I was involved.

I had to catch a flight at Gatwick so had to leave at 2:30pm ish. Delays just killed it for me. Well gutted :(

Videos and pics are great as usual. Was nice meeting everyone again.

Found this on Pistonheads

The Fiat driver, passenger, previous owner, person who filmed it and the driver of the car behind posted. One thing I don't get is how many on PH said the'd never drive Castle Combe or never do a performance day. Sure I wouldn't like the idea of going out on track with people I know but everyone on Brisky has been sensible

Here's what's left of the Fiat

Wow really interesting and conclusive thread that. Funny how everyone seems to read PH who was involved in the incident.

I forgot the Atom had a crash as well. Saw it on a back of a lorry. :peek:

You gotta love the self esteem of that Fiat's driver "I was fast, I was thought and it didn't stop"... Obviously the small head was doing all the thinking at the time lol. At least the girl came out of it happy and it's all that matters ;)

"I was fast, I was thought and it didn't stop"

I wonder what that translates to in English?

Lol, was supposed to be tight not tough. iPhone autocorrect and chipolatas for you here.

My mates fabia k200 who had issues on track blew its turbo this morning, I think it was an early warning spitting that oil from the boost pipes! :(

I thought it may have been the turbo. Ouch.
