Skoda Fixed Servicing and Maintenance Prices

Featured Replies

£369 can be made cheaper if you ring around a few dealerships mate ;) dont ask you dont get.

I signed up in March with my local Skoda dealer for 2 services, a minor and a major ,including brake fluid change and 2 Mots all for £299. Good deal ?

This is second time I've got this deal for my 2010 Octavia. First one included £100 worth of accessories

I did this before, and it's come around again for £199 this time with £50 of vouchers.

Yeah i have my VRS booked in Monday for Cambelt and water pump for that price.

Is this advertised anywhere?

I got two services last year for £299 with £100 of vouchers which worked out at £200 for one minor and one major service.

I'm about to use my second service and was hoping for another similar deal, the £299 offer is still current but no vouchers this time :'(

Since we now have two Skodas I really should look at signing up for a couple of these service options.

EDIT: I just looked on Allams site (the dealer I got my Octavia from) and they are still doing the £299 offer.

If you own, or are thinking of buying, a Skoda that is between 90 days and 6 years old you can take advantage of our fixed-price service plan* for just £299.

Offering excellent value for money your Skoda servicing will be carried out by specialist ŠKODA trained technicians who have the knowledge and expertise to service your car exactly as the manufacturer intended, using genuine Skoda approved parts for 2 years or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first).

As well as keeping your Skoda in great condition, the fixed-price service plan will ensure service history will be maintained. The used car service plan is fully transferable to subsequent buyers should you decide to sell your Škoda before the plan ends.

You can select from two fixed-price service plans depending on your circumstances. For younger cars Option 1 gives you a £50 voucher to spend on Skoda merchasndise, parts or accessories, while Option 2, recommended for cars aged 2 yeasr and over, comes with 2 MOT Tests and 2 years MOT Test Protection.

The service plan includes a maximum of:

  • 1 x Oil change at 10,000 miles or 12 months
  • 1 x Inspection service at 20,000 miles or 24 months
  • 1 x Dust and pollen filter at 24 months
  • 1 x Brake fluid change at 24 months (if required)†
  • 1 x Fuel filter (if required) †
  • 1 x Air filter (if required) †

For £300 to get 2 MOTs + protection and the services it's not bad. Not sure why there is only one oil change though.

I confirmed the £299 offer was still on in my post above yours, although there is no mention of the two MOT's on Skoda's website.

It does include two oil changes, the second one is part of the 'inspection service', their way of saying a 'major' service.

Ahh I see. I should get one for myself and the wife then I think. At that price it seems silly not to.

I did see your comment about the offer still being on, but the offer I remember seeing when I bought my car in March was the one in my post, not the one with £100 vouchers you and others mentioned.

The MOT Protection thing looks interesting too.

Škoda MOT Test Protection

And they will still apply discounts if you ask! I got reduction on aircon regas as I was having the cambelt done at the same time.

I've just bought a year old Octavia Vrs from a Skoda Dealer and have purchased 2 Services,( 2nd Year & 3rd Year) and 2 MOT's (when needed) for £149.

They can be done at Any Skoda Dealer

Wow, I think that beats the deal I got on the Pride of Provence-£249 for three years services (one major and two Interims) and my first MOT. There are some cracking deals out there at the main dealers at the mo. They very often wipe the floor with local independants prices.

Any literature on this Andy, that is a stonking deal, did they offer it to you because you bought a car off them or is it open to anyone?

I was offered the deal when I bought the FL Vrs. don't know if it's only offered on car sales. Comes in the form of Vouchers which can be used at any Skoda dealer. They haven't arrived yet but as soon as they do I'll see what it says on them.

Appreciated

All the prices shown for servicing and maintenance via the link in the first post now include that dreaded word 'From' in front of all the prices quoted. So much for Skoda's claim that:

We also firmly believe that our prices should be just as genuine – where the price you see is the price you’ll pay.

I rang Skoda UK today to ask if they were still offering the £100 accessories voucher / 2x MOT's with their £299 2 year / 20,000 mile service plan.

They told me that these plans are not managed by them and I'd need to ring Skoda Finance.

Rang Skoda Finance and they said to check with my local dealer for the current deals!

Pulman Skoda in Durham have their own non-Skoda plan (too expensive) and DM Keith in York couldn't be bothered to ring me back.
