Radio Long wave?

Featured Replies

We bought a new Fabia Estate late last year and have had no problems with it at all.

The Cricket season is upon us and we wanted to listen to Test Match special on Radio 4 Long wave.

The radio supplied 'Radio Swing' only has FM and AM - do I have to buy a different radio to get Long Wave and, if so, do Skoda supply one that would fit my car?

Or do I have to look elsewhere for a LW radio?

Any help appreciated.

hi roryboy

Long wave frequencies are already on the Swing radio.

Switch to AM, then use the scan button with the chevrons pointing left, and then the radio

will tune down the frequencies till it goes below the medium wave band till it goes through

the freqencies for the long wave.

When you get to 198 khz use a spare preset to store it- and there you are!

I found it by accident some time ago!
