looking to upgrade the suspension parts of my octy vrs without fitting coilovers or lowering the ride height of the car,, any advice on what can be done,,,? im hearin alot about dogbone mounts and poly bushes ???

First replace front anti roll bar with one from an R32 golf and add a neuspeed 28 mm rear anti roll bar. This will transform the handling as long as the suspension is in good condition.
