Today's progress has been slow! Just powdercoated the throttle body and fitted it to the manifold,

I've been looking at blanking plugs on eBay and being tight and on a budget I'm going to cast up some alloy ones myself!!!

Just a quick pic as it sits with my daily runner

Sorted the blank plugs quite quickly today! Take one bolt

Add a belt sander and drill and get a nice round head!

I will powdercoat it black later.

Expect a dumping of random car parts heading your way for powdercoating! Got to get your inlet mani gasket later today.

Can't do any more powdercoating for a bit apart from bolts etc as I think I have taken the **** a bit to much over the last week or so!

Bam inlet now on!!!!

I will do more but I'm going To the shop now to get a beer!!

To do this weekend

Tidy up wires to the sensors

Get and fit a new wire trunk cover

Change oil filter and oil pick up pipe

Change steering rack

Re fit front end

Evap pipe into the front wing

Straighten up the exhaust

depends how old the original one is, removed mine few times and no leaks you do have to use sealant on certain places to make a good seal though, but easy to do and is stated in the manual . Only a few bolts to remove cover.

Maybe i'll get someone who knows what there doing to pop it off
