What's the top speed of the 60ps?

Featured Replies

I don't have to worry (at least not too much) about speed limits - there's an obtrusive oik shouting "beware" at me from the PID, and there's an even more obtrusive voice shouting "you're exceeding the limit" from the front passenger seat. "Speed monitoring" in duplicate!!!

There's an option to disable the speed warning on the PID, as for the missus.. well she can just sit in the back :D

  • That doesn't surprise me. 110mph indicated is in reality probably about 100mph true speed. And the 60PS will comfortably do a true 90mph on the flat without straining too much.

  • Not with the stereo yours has in it no!

  • I did a quick test and it works, but it is dependent on the surface grip, there is not much of a buffer in the activation of the system. Tried in the work depot on a sheet and it did a sharp brake wi

Will YOU tell her - I'm have no Street Cred whatsoever in that particular area - I find it easier (well, certainly on the ears) to simply say "Yes, dear" & slow down to snail-pace.

Managed 110 on GPS 115 indicated going down a long steep hill lol. I think mine will hopefully get a bit quicker with more miles on the engine.

Can you imagine how dicy a 850 kilo city car would be at 110mph? :D I think you'd have to have rather large man parts to let go of the steering wheel to take a photo
