Problem with MDI and Amundsen+

Hi,

I've just purchased a 2011 Octavia vRS and am really pleased with it.

I've replaced the Bolero stereo with an Amundsen+ unit which I'm also really pleased with.

I have also added the MDI kit to connect my iPhone but when selecting the Media button it says "No medium available". Looking at the iPhone when pressing the Media button, it briefly starts playing a track but then stops.

I took the MDI kit out of my VW Golf so know it works and if I plug the RNS 510 unit from my Golf into the Octavia and connect the MDI kit everything works fine.

If I put the original Bolero unit back in the car and connect the MDI kit I get the same "No medium available" message.

Any ideas would be gratefully received as I've searched the Internet and this forum extensively and found nothing.
