Condensation in Monte Light Cluster

Featured Replies

Regarding the drl it is just the cover that shows moisture and it does have somewhere to escape. If you remove it you will see, that it have a cover then the light unit

Ah ha! Thanks Leevrs.

I wasn't overly concerned - they do a much better job of cleaning my car than I could in the time!

Condensation in the front fogs / DRL's is normal, its even mentioned in the manual.

Condensation in a rear light cluster is the result of a cracked lense or an ill-fitting seal.

Since the car is so new my money is on the cluster not being fitted quite right allowing water to pass between the seal that seperates the cluster and the bodywork.

A quick warranty job and certainly not worth loosing sleep over.
