phoned my local tps yesterday to be told "we only supply to trade,phone ur local dealer" but yet i ordered stuff and bough from em a few months ago?!?

Have they got a service desk or just a phone up service? Derby centre are very helpful and they have a walk in service. Lad who works there is a top pad and us always helpful!

Must of just been one of those day's for that person and didn't wanna help you. Yes technically they are for trade only but I've never had an issue when I walk in to buy stuff, having said that I've pretty much always turned up in my work shirt so never had any issues.
