I've never seen the Leon splitter in a Leon before, looks good that lol

I know mind boggling or what??

Its a cupra r splitter and i have cupra bumpers not the r ones but hey its closer than most cars you see them with :)

Looking terrific Jase

That blackhole is great value for money, I love how smooth the paint feels after

application. I go over that with Nattys blue paste wax (good for black cars and cheap)

to keep the weather out of it.

I find waxing 10 times easier after the glaze has been applied.

Nice car fella, and best engine too ;)

If it was a saloon it'd be perfect lol

Few questions about your wheels

Did you sand/primer or just wipe and spray them?

What paint/colour and did you lacquer?

Want to darken mine but spent a fortune lately so could do with a cheap solution for now

Cheers

Are you sure!

Lot of pd150 haters out there spreading horror stories about camshaft wear! When all pd motors share the same top end (well the pd130 does at least)

I rubbed the wheels down with various grades of wet and dry

Used filler primer

Rubbed down again with fine wet and dry

Sprayed with tyres on wheels on front grass, used the deck of playing cards trick - works wonders instead of masking

Just sprayed the faces

Used halfords anthracite wheel spray

Never laquered as last time i did the laquer flaked off after a few months

Looks quite good and sortov a matt finish (which the oe colour was)

doesn't take long

only took me 60-90 mins per wheel

by no means a pro job but far better than corrosion and kerb marks, with more time i could of done a better job but they look good for £40

Rather boring update

Fitted some 312's (and just as i remembered they aint that great) wish i had the pennys for 4/6 pots

Won the carriers on ebay for £52

And discs and pads cost me £80

So 312's for £132 which isn't too bad
