Standard off the shelf VRS

Featured Replies

An interesting question - how many peeps out there run a standard, no upgrades, no mods VRS - just for clarification mine is not standard !

Mine, well apart from the Brisky sticker, new head unit and Colin McRae tribute decal.

But they don't class as MODs, right?

I run a pretty much standard VRS, apart from a Pipercross panel filter and a PD160 intake I fitted yesterday. Want to upgrade the brakes and suspension first, then maybe a remap.

Oh yeah, changed the stereo too!

My Fabia is completely standard, to the point that the CD player is the symphony unit installed from the factory. I have no plans to map or mod it and I love it to death. Have added a couple of Briskoda stickers and that's where it stops. I like seeing different modified Fabias on my travels but just love the fact that mine is standard.

Wish I had kept mine standard because as the pringle adverts says once you start you can't stop moding I'm weak lol

Regards Whoosh

Mine was standard until this year, then my 1st mod was to change the stereo and it's been non-stop ever since.

Mine's a standard SE except for rear parking sensors fitted by the previous owner and a much lower mileage than most...

I'm standard :)

I once purchased a standard Fabia vRS. I then joined Briskoda...

I bought my 200bhp+ vRS as it was and minus a good check over and oil change nothing has been changed.

In the future I might drop an interior back in it however!

I have a 20 year old UK spec MR2 T-BAR which is alot rarer, further more even rarer to find a standard one and mine is :p

Aftermarket headunit and that's it!

I'm still all std. almost 12 months on. Look for some nice allies n decent head unit tho.

My vRS is 100% standard, the only alterations were de-tangoing the front and rear indicators.

Apologies m'lud, I forgot to say mine's also detangoed and Nightbreakered!

Thanks to all for posting responses to my question - interesting

'07 silver vRS bought a year ago standard. Has cd change and cruise control factory fitted. Haven't changed a thing, apart from adding the flip-out dash cupholder and replacing the ashtray.

Mike

Mines another standard one

Love all the comments saying, "mines standard apart from... " lol

Mine was standard until the warranty ran out :)

I'm standard mainly for insurance purposes, but hope to get a remap as soon as Shark have an offer on and I'm sure I've fixed me boost leak. Then I fancy a Whiteline RARB

All thats done to me is swap out some bulbs for LED's and put a bit of paint on the grill surrounds. Have to wait till I have the funds to do more :(.

pretty much standard... except black grille and HIDs

Standard apart from HU and EGR gasket mod. I've had ti 4 years but on HP finance so couldn't modify even if I wanted. Paid off this month, tempted to remap but at 87k I'm scared turbo/DMF/clutch will break!

Mines all standard and for sale if anyone's interested

My vRS is 100% standard, the only alterations were de-tangoing the front and rear indicators.

So it's not 100% then?
