The best colour?

Featured Replies

I have white with black interior...I love it!! The white makes it look bigger than it is and black interior which always looks good. Saying that the white car is a pain in the a*** to keep clean till it gets to a point where you don't mind it looking grey/brown with white stripes around door and boot edges :)))

I ended up with the L&K special colours of Magnetic Brown exterior and dark brown interior leather. I bought the L&K demonstrator so it was a case of take it or leave it! I have never owned a Brown coloured car before (I won't say how I referred to this brown!) but I have to say that it has grown on me. I really wanted a light interior but the full length glass roof has compensated especially when the light grey sun shade is in position on a grey day. I've also grown to like the two tone alloys which, surprisingly, are really easy to keep clean. Talking of which, the dark colours demand cleanliness so I've now taken up car washing and hoovering the interior again after falling behind in these tasks with my light exterior/interior colour with my previous car.

Stopped off on the way home from work and paid the deposit on a used Skoda Superb 2.0 TDI CR Elegance (170BHP) in Rosso/Ivory, 10 speaker upgrade, Park Assist, Tyre Pressure Control and all the usual bits. Should be ready early December.

Nice colour combo.

IIRC you can chose the carpet colour as well with Ivory leather, either Ivory or Black.

I strongly suggest to go for Black, the Ivory carpets will soon look permanently grubby. This is the actual carpet not any mats you might have

As it is a used car I don't have a choice - but I do have a carpet/upholstery washer

Why will ivory carpets "soon look permanently grubby"? Mine are four years old and look the same as the day I collected the car (see here.)

I would suggest Sprint yellow or Rally Green :sun: ....and before anyone says anything, YES, they can be bought....
