AFAIK you can rock up and pay on the gate to be on the stand. Better to put your name down on the list so Jason has an idea of how many to expect.

Don't worry about 'letting the side down' its not a competition or a show and shine. It'll be a miracle if mine gets a wash beforehand.

Its more about like minded folk getting together for a day, cake, track time if you want it, some nice metal on display and the chance to see all manner of vehicles on track.

Of course there is a good chance of seeing some drivers 'running out of talent' too

This weekend is end of the "£12 in advance" tickets deal.

As above £15 on the gate per person is still possible after that but the circuit last time were talking about giving us premium paddock space, rather than our usual massive area down by Quarry corner. So, I would definitely like to keep a number of people who plan to pay on the gate as the stand could well be limited to say 60 cars, and we already have 30 booked on track and 22 odd as clubstand only.

The problem with the pay on the gates is the fact they are often less reliable due to having made no financial commitment. Not picking out anyone, just in general what I have experienced.

Just wondering when tickets will be sent out? I'm sure somewhere in this long thread it's mentioned but if anyone could inform me I'd be pleased to know.

Castle Combe don't send them until around then, which leaves Jason to send them on pretty much immediately.

I would be happy to just meet on the gate a bit early on the day and get the tickets from Jason.

No chance of that unless you meet somewhere further from the track, it's all lanes there and queues to get in
