Had my car serviced yesterday in preparation for this (ok and it had been 10k since the last one)

Finally got the faults properly cleared following the limp mode exercise last time.

Initial thoughts were that a split second of overboost dumped it into limp mode however it would seem that that was not the case.

Upon finally hooking it up to VAGCOM the codes came back to sat limp mode was caused to an electrical overload.

We checked all the wiring and couldn't see anything amiss.

this left the only reason being hitting the limiter too often or for too long.

Whoopsie! At least it shows i was trying

Also had my final 2 part worns fitted so my track wheels are ready.

Not sure if i'll bother with them or not though.
