SFS made it for me for about £55 I think. Part number is 223.2. Fits just like a normal one just clips in, may need trimming off each end slightly but not a lot.

Is the intercooler pipework the sme on a pd100? Maybe that would be cheaper?

I haven't looked, but I'm under the impression it's not as I read a thread on a Polo forum where a guy had upgraded his PD100 too a PD130 "including all pipes".. He'd actually gone and bought them all as well!! Maybe they were cheaper when he did it... I do keep seeing "£80" on older posts for around 08/09.

It's, hopefully.. all taken care of now though...
