Eibach Springs

Featured Replies

Did promise this for the weekend so a little late

Nice! The drop is just enough IMO.

Can't wait to get mine on this weekend! :D

The drop and the wheels look great  A very smart Furby Vrs indeed

Cracking job mate, nice to drive aswell ;)

It would be greatly appriciated if you could put the review in HERE too :)

cheers

Simply Brilliant mate :D

Cant wait to get mine fitted next month & I must get around to getting some 312mm brakes and callipers with it

Good looking car.

Seconded- I totally agree with Walkie's comments. I've had by eibachs on std dampers for a couple of months or so now. Did exactly what i wanted them to - i.e improved looks, improved handling, reduced roll and pitching/diving without compromisng comfort all on a budget.

Thanks Walkie :)

I agree, your car is looking particularly bad ass

I'm glad its a small drop in height, but it still does the job looks wise

Right, better start saving then!

Oh BTW, has it affected your insurance?

Looks good, and I was surprised by how unaffected the comfort of the car was when I had mine done. You may notice the car drops a bit more as the springs settle :D

Oh, and you will notice the height difference when you sit in a standard Fabia and think you're driving a van ;)

Chris

I want some!

Why wait for the warranty to run out. I didn't. Dealer just said they would not cover the springs themselves, which have a warranty anyway.

Nice, Getting my new 17" alloys fitted this weekend, nmanaged to get two tyres, Khumo 712's dilivered to my door for

Cant wait to get ebachs and poss dampers, sounds great. Ace report... and the car looks superb... :D:D:D

Alex

They look nice those James - The wheels really suit it.

I agree about the ride height, just the right balance and should avoid the worries of the sump hitting.

Thanks for the kind comments guy's

Have to agree about the height, its just right, doesnt look 'slammed' but doesnt look 4x4, also no sump worries with the ride height.

One thing I didnt mention was traction is a lot better and the car no longer has extreme nose dive under heavy braking, although that is mainly down to the 312 brakes :D

You guys suck. Here I am, plan on keeping my car standard. Thought to myself, ya not bad, I like it the way it is. Got me thinking, go ahead get some wheels, so got myself a set of OZ Records..............but no, that ain't enough. Now I need to get some springs........................Yuz guys suck! ;)

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

I thought mine was perfect as it was when i got it. Now i'm considering butchering the rear washer supply so it sprays the intercooler.

this site is evil!

where is the cheapest place that they can be bought from NEW?

Hi, When you upgrade your dampers I would be interested in seeing if they will fit my fabby tdi pd100.

Would you give me a shout please?

Cheers

John

Good review James,

Glad you like the new found handling! It doesn't half make a difference to the car as an overall package. Over the next month or so, you may notice the ride harden a little as the springs settle a bit lower in their travel, but it is not much. And the plus point is that it drops the car just that bit further - good in the looks department.

Definately one of the best investments I have made on my car, and I guess the same goes for you!
