windscreen freezing on the inside aswell as out?!

Featured Replies

my windscreens freezing on the inside aswell as out and its quite irritable really.. its not condensation or anything and ive cleaned my window countless times(bit of an ocd) so dont really know what it could be? never known a car to freeze on the windscreen on the inside before?

I found changing my pollen filter solved this problem. If you haven't already done it then its well worth doing. About £10 for the filter and easy to change.

underneath, slide the clips, pull down, note which way it came out, clean or swap filter, replace in reverse order.

Could be the seals

Check your rear footwells for moisture.

Mines a PITA too. I've just ordered 2 of those moisture bags that are linked in the other thread :)

passenger footwells drenched? could be the cause?

My mate had this problem and he said when the blowers were on full if he put his hand on the crack of the back door at the top when closed he could feel warm air coming out from the car so his problem were definatly seals!
