Featured Replies

just changed another bulb in my headlights it seems as though they are going to often for my liking i know this weather is rubbish and lights seem to be on all the time halfords charge 9.99 for thier own make value bulb and the more expensive ones are over 25 quid . can anyone reccomend a good quality bulb built to last please thank you

Osram Nightbreaker Plus FTW.

Philips X-treme vision from www.powerbulbs.com

not the cheapest at nearly 30 quid for a pair but excellent performance. Fitted them to my last 2 cars with no failures.

Osram nightbreaker plus for me too, £12ish from euro car parts

Before you just blame the bulbs, have you checked the connections, if they are loose/bad then this could cause premature failure, also

check the output of the alternator, if it is too high this could also take lamps out.
