I've just opened a box of tax disc holders, they all have our logo on too :)

They are identical to a Richbrook tax disc holder as they have been supplied by Richbrook.

The titanium one is hard to capture, it's growing on me, the black looks superb!

If you are a member of Freedom you will even benefit from a reduced price.

An initial set of 50, 25 black and 25 in titanium. You can view them here: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/store/category/7-interior-accessories/

With any luck I can get you them by Christmas (UK ONLY) afterwards, ideal if SWMBO is still struggling ;)

Hi Colin, agreed the black looks sweat! Does the shop price quoted relate to Freedom members?

Cheers,

Rob

Ah man! Just got a vRS engraved one........................

Those black ones are awesome. Shame I already have a Richbrook holder already :(

Demote the other one to a very nice coaster :p

Yes I found the other thread after I'd committed to an order.

Prince in shop should be less than 19.99 for freedom, let me know if not, it was for my test user.

Hmmmm not a bad idea Colin but opens me up to further abuse from her for being a "car geek"!

Comes up as £17.99 for me :)

One question though. Is the brisky logo central? Would drive me mad if it isn't as it doesn't look like it in the pics

Edit: My mistake. They do now as I was on my phone. Tempted

^ Might have to sleep on it :D

Order placed, been looking for one of these for a while.

Black one ordered but not planning to use it for a tax disc. :)

Coaster??

Coaster??

Nope. :)

"Can be fixed to most windscreens with the curved screen spacer"

Reference the above quote, can they be fixed properly to the inside of a Fabia Vrs Mk2 as already tried to fix another type of metal holder without screen spacer and it just fell of.

Hi Willie, I don't have a MK2 to test it on.

How many sticky pads did you use?

I've read people doubling up on the pads to counter the curvature. That and using more than 3 pads etc. So you'd possibly need 8 stickies, let me see if I have enough (can get more) I I have 8 per disc, should be sufficient to dbl pad on 4 points.

If you'd like to try ? If it fails I'll refund you, a R&D project car :)

I have mine on 5 single pads in a superb, but I also place it near the top of the screen; <1.8m from the floor, and it seems ok. The superb is a big windscreen though.

Three of the black ones on the way to our Skodas... :)

(once someone approves the purchase)

Anyone got a pic of what these look like from the outside on the screen? Curious to see what the pads look like

That would drive me mad seeing that Tax disc on straight.. lol

Shhhhh I've been trying to ignore it!!! (Ignorance

Is bliss and all that!)

:) Another option is put the pads(sticky) on the screws, for my money a little cleaner.

I'd take a pic of mine, but the car is filthy at the moment.

It does look a lot better with the pads on the screws.

...and straight. :)

That's what I'll be doing and it will be put on straight. Would drive me mad. I'll order in a bit :)

Well peer pressure got the best of me.

Finally found my spare sticky pads, straightened the tax disc but can't take the backing off the sticky pads as I've got no nails.... Gonna have to wait til the missus gets home now!!

The black ones look so good it would be worth taxing your car twice to show them off :)

Ordered :)
