Featured Replies

Found it.

Bought this - "Walser ZONDA Aerotex seat cushion, grey black"

Fairly hepls me. I actually find the seat quite comfy now plus it helps with air circulation and keeps your back cool on long journeys.

Thanks for that, I'll give it a try, as they are only £15 there's nothing lost if its not right for me, its hard to imagine that they can make them any more uncomfortable!

Not cheap!

I'll stick to my £1 Asda ones

For some reason i can see anything in your link. Probably my crappy works laptop having a moment again.

The one i bought at £17 last indefinately as you can dry them out on radiator once saturated, which takes weeks or months. Not sure if the ones you found at Asda can do this but if so then they seem good value. Either way i certainly dont regret paying £17 as it has totally eliminated the problem in my car as my boot is soaking due to wet dog so they fairly have their work cut out. Havent even had a smidgen of condensation since placing them in my car.

leaky door seals could be the cause, carpets in mine were continously damp.

Sod it Amazon it is reviews seem good and the odd bad ones are people with leaks (thats what I am telling myself) since I feel the Octavia is so bad I am getting 2 with this months pocket money.

I bought a similar one fro amazon. The one that is segregated into individual pouches. You can cut them up and place them around the car. i velcro'd 2 small pouches to either side of the rear parcel shelf to deal with the rear window the rest are stuffed in storage boxes in the doors etc. Work a treat. Havent dried miune out yet and they have been in for weeks, probably months now.

Looks like I posted a link to the mobile version of the Asda site!

They can't be dried out, but seem to last about 2 months each, so 3 years worth for the same money.

They didn't seem to have any when I last popped in though :o

Have you thought about this one and it lasts 3 - 4 years and can be regenerated on the radiator.

Based on the reviews alone I would avoid it. The positive reviews all appear to be biased, so possibly friends or family of the seller. The negative reviews are now starting to show of course.

I was very excited about this due to the reviews, but it has been a disappointing waste of money. My car is still totally damp and I cannot see any difference. That's £11.99 I'll never see again.

THIS ITEM IS RUBBISH! . . . PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I BOUGHT TWO OF THESE IN GOOD FAITH AND THEY DON'T WORK, IT IS A CRAP PRODUCT AND SHAME ON ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GAVE IT A GOOD REVIEW THEY MUST BE FRIENDS OF THE SELLER AND ARE MISLEADING EVERYONE ELSE!

for example.

My Audi A8 is the same, it gets condensation on the inside when its damp outside so its not just the Octavia.
