There is actually for real a process called extrude honing ( or abrasive flow machining) which does exactly what describes. Its a vy effective waycof porting manifolds and other hard to reach areas..... Alas however it's done with the parts removed from the car for some strange reason....

That is funny stuff though... Haha.
