and didnt want to use a hair dryer,

nor want to put too much pressure to lever the badge off (only use one credit card)...

Today,

armed with a hair dryer (at highest setting)

and TWO credit cards (oh, dont use active ones ok?!!!)...

Remove boot badge ...

Remove bonnet badge ...

Would probably only swap the badges if I could do them all.

One thing I wouldn't touch - too near to air bag!

 

Though looking at how to get the new logo on the stereo / satnav software!

New badges looking good! I have never seen an old steering wheel with the new logo, where it wasn't painfully obvious it was a 2p sticker job...But you could always fit the steering wheel + airbag from the facelift...like I did! Much nicer...

 

 

Did some VCDS codingon a brand new Facelift yesterday. The new boot logo is way to dark for me, I prefer the older colour one;
