I am re-booking to take part in this trackday on 28th March, after the Jan 18th event was cancelled due to ice/snow.

Thankfully I only have to top up by £20, so I am going to do it. Anyone else up for a day tonking it around one of the nicest little circuits in the country?

though i am not for the track day, i live near cadwell park. groups of trackdayers might be interested in the YHA at WOODYS TOP on the YHA website which is excellent hostel accommodation near the circuit, but only for groups. if anyone wants any local information post here and i can try to help.

If you're offering! Steak slice would be great! They told me to just bring the £20 extra on the day - so at the moment I am swapped without paying anything extra. Should be more daylight at the end of March although it is just before BST returns.

I would love to do this but dont wanna get through a set of tyres... 15 mins at silverstone on sunday and they were already overheating...

I was on road tyres last time, half worn, and I used them for the day (it was pretty cold so not going at 100%) and I drove home on them and they still have life in them. I didn't really see much wear at all but perhaps I just drove within the limits of the car rather than stressing the tyres out big time? Dunno.

Planning on using the trackday wheels for this if its dry. Their first proper outing since I bought them last summer....

Having the day and a half for this day pretty much uses up all my remaining 12/13 entitlement. I can start 13/14 with a fresh slate.
