No clue, but given the lack of new Octavias I'd guess it's not new. It popped up in my mailbox, apparently some sort of a circular.

Here in Greece, the local Skoda importer is also the ABT rep. So they offer a chipped version of either the 4x4 or the RS for 800GBP but with full 2 year warranty.

2 years ago it appeared as a good idea, and it is quite a performance chip (217bhp). Today you can have the same perfromace for half the price if the warranty is of no concern.

As for the pic, yes it's quite old, but then again my car is two years old as well. So who knows...
