Dodge Ram SRT-10

Featured Replies

Was wandering around a Chrysler garage in Coventry today and they have two huge Dodge Ram SRT-10s in stock... you know, the ones with the V10 viper engines in them. Christ they are huge!!! The sales man came out and asked if he could help - I could only answer "wishfully thinking".

So, to continue a common theme here: Who would win? Huge Ram truck with 8l V10 engine, RWD, huge red calipered brakes etc. vs. fabia vrs with remap, cupra intake AND green calipers. It would be close... :D

8.3litre ;)

seen one the other day in glasgow look and sound awesome

I think he would rev up and the furby would fall apart...

having been in both :D

i'd put my money on the dodge awesome performance

Which one do you think would make it further on 10 gallons of fuel.

Furby = 500 miles

Dodge = to the outskirts of town.

But a lush car still. One of my fastest 1/4 mile drag cars on GT4 is a tuned up Dodge Ram pickup.

Dodge = to the outskirts of town.

no end of the street is more realistic

My dads next door neighbour has one of these. He used it to do the recent Gumball Rally - monster of a machine !!!!

And yes it is quicker than the Fabulous

It's not just quicker...it will eat it for breakfast in a race.

I'd have one :)

I reckon the Dodge would probably be faster with a Furby on a trailer behind ;)

Probably be quicker than a vRS even with a trailor with a vRS on! - Ever see the

Overfinch Rangie on TG do that against a Focus RS?

Agree with that -- he'd have to turn a corner sooner or later!

Aren't those Dodges still on cart springs at the back?

Dodge will be slower in-gear though

That was a Focus 1.8 - and most things are quicker that - lol..... :D

its not the best handling car? around but it will corner well enough - if you like looking through the side window :D

and it lurches a bit when transferring power but then what would you expect with that sodding great engine?

but at the end of the day they are two totally different cars in every possible way ...... as i said earier i've been in one at speed and i would love to have one ..... if i could afford it ..... just for the engive sound

let me see 8.3 litres, 500bhp, 525lbft, limited to 150mph and 0-60 in 5secs. i'd say it would beat a fabia yes :)

limited to 150mph

but geared to do 328MPH

cor, blimey guv'nor!!!

cor, blimey guv'nor!!!

too right!!!

according to there forums though it would take 1500RWHP(taking into account wind drag, weight etc) just to reach 200mph

shamooorrrrr muther hubard!!

:D

i want one. now

Holy s***! Thats some power!

There's a Hamaan modified 645ci here with that power figure and 990lb/ft of torque. Tried to look online for Top Performance (my car made the mag :D ) but I couldn't find it. That torque figure is unbelievable.
