2004 Fabia VRS - Upgrading the standard Symphony Radio/CD to something like this...? Possible?

Featured Replies

Hey guys, so I am a proud new owner of a tidy 2004 Fabia VRS. It has the standard Symphony CD/Radio system in it which I would like to upgrade to something more modern without splashing too much cash.

I have seen this sort of thing on ebay and wondered if anyone has fitted such a unit? The comparability info on the listing only states newer cars, but can it be done?

cheers,

That's a mk2 Fabia set up.

It won't fit in the mk1 fabias space without some sort of custom enclosure

D'oh I thought so, is it possible to make it fit? ..and is this simply a case of it's physical size or is it wiring/electronic differences too? I cannot find anything like this for my mk1 boooo!

Thanks again..
