Couple of time recently my rear wiper (2008 4x4 Estate) has stopped working. switch off for a while, switch back on and it's OK. Anyone else had this/know if it's a known fault?

The rear wiper is a known issue on the Octavia, more so on the hatch but this is likely down to the fact there are more hatches on the road.

Stick 'rear wiper' into the search bar, that will get you plenty of bedtime reading.
