Got it off, found a pair of tweezer/grabber things at work that could reach in better than long nosed pliers. With the right tool was a piece of cake, came off in a few seconds.

Get a 2' length of half inch or so pipe, drill through it a few mm from the end and run a one inch or so screw through it - as so the point sticks out the other side of the pipe.

Use the screw point to hook and release the plug with ease.

Better than any other previous method I've used, I can tell you.

Guys, my DTUK box makes my car like tractor under load but when the revs is higher goes good. Tried all stages from 0 to +3. Still tractor. Why????
