 Piston is fine usage.

 

Also I would go & check every so often as I had done the strip down, hone, new seals & skirts & fitted the extra return springs. Still had the problem return 18months later! Just prise the rubber cover around the pivot where it goes into the back of the calliper & squirt some penetrating oil in as it rusts under this rubber skirt as well!.

I've got drums, no calipers... Hence the wrong terminology :p

So keep that in mind.

Jack the back of car up whilst adjusting via the nut until you have about 4 clicks and check rear wheels by hand to ensure they are not binding when you release handbrake off.
