That's pretty cool. :)

What are they advertising?

Criminally awful - how can anyone do that to a vRS even if its for advertising purposes. ;)

Is the base colour yellow ?

It's a white vrs underneath and it's a sign making/vehicle wrapping company that's done it to get it noticed which even if you dont like it,you definately notice it and i assume they did it to show what can be achieved I suppose and I don't think they'll be expecting a flock of customers wanting a Jurassic park car but it may make people think about what could be done to advertise a business etc

I now want my fabia jurassic park'ed.

Put a plactic trex behind the fence and itll just be like the film haha.

Think it looks awesome to be honest. Although not sure I would chose it myself...

Anyone seen the family guy where peter does his own version of the theme song? Everytime i see this car i do it in my head lol.

Can't for the life of me think why that stands out :)

This is the theme tune for that car!

Cool

Does vinyl wrapping save the paint from scratches and chips?

Prior to this winter I had minimal chips on my bonnet. Upon waxing last weekend I had many!

A vinyl wrap of "Stop driving like a muppet" does appeal

As far as I know any colour change should be notified. Should also apply for dirty cars :)

General census of opinion is no as its not a permanent colour change unlike a respray. Though insurance company would need to be informed.

Wrap not permenant change so I would think no notification req'd

We've wrapped this car to promote vinyl wrapping and are pushing through our social media sites facebook & twitter @designssignage

Any colour change to a vehicle even if temporary ie wrapping must be notified to DVLA for the V5

Wrapping your vehicle will protect against stone chipping to a certain degree.

The attached photo shows how we did this to a VRS ;)post-103548-0-92175400-1368796571_thumb.jpg

I wrapped my own car. How did you approach the vinyl on the sills? The stonechip protection on the sills made it a nightmare when trying to adhere to them. Any tips you could pass on?

What colour does it say on the V5? 'Jurrasic Park design'.

Have to say it's very smart. Opens up many avenues. Who remembers the redbull car?

Wrapping appears to be the future and it will protect the paint. Sky were experiencing increased residuals on their vans (at lease end) once they started wrapping them. Eddie Stobart do all their trucks.

I was always led to believe that as it was temporary it wasn't necessary to amend the V5 but yes certainly both your insurance and DVLA should be advised.

BossFox has had his GT-R wrapped and I don't believe he has advised the DVLA, certainly not from a V5 perspective.

Multicoloured is what DVLA require when it is a Digital wrap.

I'd roll that. Needs a roofrack with big spotlamps and a nudge bar!
