Tyres-warranty

Featured Replies

When the vrs is due for service under warranty, do I have to pay for the tyres when they need replacing or are they covered?

Are you serious?

Would you like them to replace the petrol under warranty as well?

your joking arent you! I expected it to be part n parcel of a warranty! How much are the continental tyres for the vrs?

careful Dr Z,, lets keep it friendy;)

Daytripper , depends on how you bought your car... if on contract hire tyres may be included... if hp or cash then prob not

The tyres shouldn't need replacing until about 20K miles anyway, and you should be able to mitigate wear by switching the wheels around.

Anyway, tyres aren't cheap. I'd expect to pay between

Rob, i think you need a new tyre supplier....

would expect tyres to be 80-90 but may not last 20k... im working on sub 10k for the std... (if i still had them)

day tripper

Natural wear-and-tear is not covered by the warranty. So expect to pay for all consumable items - ie things that wear out or need replacing at set intervals - including tyres, wiper blades, brake pads, oil, oil filter, spark plugs, coolant, brake fluid, exhaust, battery, bulbs etc.

what about turbos? has anyone had any experience with a faliure yet? (theres nothing wrong with mine BTW)

Not funny :(
