Going to be doing the cambelt on my 55 plate VRS over the weekend.

Will try and do a guide or at least a series of pics so people who haven't done it before can see the steps.

I have a few Q's though, I bought a Haynes manual for a quick reference guide and the bloody thing doesn't mention the BLT engine.

Are all the details for the ASZ correct for the BLT?

Am also a bit confused on the details of locking the cam pulley. Am I right in thinking that the 6mm bolt locks the rear of the pulley allowing you to tweak the timing of the adjustable front half when setting it all back up?
