Featured Replies

Was over in the land of the shamrock a few weeks ago and have to say I saw about a trillion octavia's but not one VRS, are there any? or are they all locked up in barns?

Most people over there probably cant afford to insure one.

Theres a few of us knocking around alright, to be honest I seen more New BMW M3's over the weekend than Octavia vRS's :). A couple of months ago there were around 130 in Ireland.

You should have mentioned to us and we would have come out of the woodwork !

Why can't we afford to insure one

maybe the reason you didnt see any was perhaps like mine there constantly at the garage getting fixed!!!

I thought the insurance prices in ireland were sky high?

Obviously though, if you have one then you can obviously afford to insure it.

They are insureable, I'm 28 years of age living outside Dublin paying 850 Euro, quite reasonable me thinks.

Bloody hell, I'm same age, living in Northen Ireland (North Coast mind, not Belfast/Derry) still paying 900 odd pounds sterling on the octy vrs, even for the Furby vrs it was around 800, I had best move down south asap...

26 & fully comp is 915Euro=607.074 GBP
