Well after 4 years of skoda ownership it was time for a change, ive had some good times and met some good people in the North east area meets!

Thanks for all the great advice, i found this forum very informative and also sometimes very frustrating.

I was going to ask if that's a huge phone in his pocket, or he's just enjoying having his picture taken :D

its the "vxr" nav with all the extras

Looks nice, it needs some new wheel nut covers, looks like its been through one of those roadside hand car washes with their aggressive acidic alloy wheel cleaner.

It's a shame to hear you are leaving us, but I suppose it's time for a change. I hope you like your new one as much as your Octy.

Nice car. Hope it's as reliable as ur vrs :) I won't tell u what people think of insignias here!

really like those VXR insignias, nice car. Good luck with it!

I really liked the look of the VXR. Nice interior, nice seats. Only thing that blocked it for me was the tax bracket. I just couldn't face the 475 per year

Shame you've had to downgrade, but I suppose austerity is hitting everywhere these days :(

C'mon then lets hear a comparsion. The VXR should be quite a step up in terms of overall quality, speed and running costs.

Hope it works out for you

Enjoy  B)
