What sort of power is safely achievable on the asz hybrids based on a gt1749vc?

215bhp shouldn't be a problem with supporting mods and good injectors

What manifold are you using? Very good price

Also are you able to source a GTB2260vklr ball bearing turbo with manifold to fit Fabia BLT/ASZ?

I'm sorry I've missed the part regarding GTB2260vklr unfortunately I can't offer it converted it would require cutting the original turbine housing and welding a flange to it or welding it directly onto a manifold and the company supplying me doesn't have much experience with welding cast iron they should easily be able to do vacuum conversion but the rest would be a problem... that's why I'm selling it as it is

and that is with stock injectors?

and that is with stock injectors?

Yes, stock pd130 injectors. They will flow enough for more power with a larger turbo, but not much more!

as much as I would like to keep the price low due to supply difficulties the guide prices for vacuum converted GTBs are now as follow:

GTB1756vk - no manifold £400 PD170 BMN version + £50

GTB1756vk with transverse or longitudinal manifold £500

GTB2260vk no manifold £450 PD170 BMN version + £50

GTB2260vk with transverse or longitudinal manifold £650

braided oil feed line £40

downpipe flange £20

No manifolds for 2.0TDI available yet.

unfortunately these are not easy to come by and the prices may vary so please always contact me to confirm price and availability.

The GT1749vc hybrids prices remains the same £350

Who has bought one of these 2260vk turbos and fitted it? Is there anyone with a build log using your reconditioned turbos?

first of all even if I wanted to I can't reveal identity of my customers to public, I know for sure that the customer who have bought the GTB2260vk with ASZ manifold (the very first prototype pictured in this topic) fitted it and was pretty happy with it but majority of buyers don't come back to me after purchase unless there is something wrong. I'm running one of the GT1749vc hybrids myself here is the RR printout if that's any good to you:

The only customer who have bought a turbo from me and wasn't 100% happy is joelk2010 (you should be able to find him somewhere on the first page of this topic) due to lack of a stop screw(which is now fitted in every single GTB as you can see in the pictures) I offered him a solution to this but he found some other turbo in the mean time and I'm still waiting for him to return it to me. You can PM him for details if you want. I'm also looking forward to receive some feedback but as you know if everything is ok everyone just moves forward and don't really bother to share the experience.

yeah I was going to fit GTB2260vk this summer but after purchasing 5 sets of PD150 injectors in row which turned up to be crap I've ended up with my stock injectors and a hybrid... I will try again next year hopefully it will be closer to 240bhp this time

Thinking about one of your GTB2260VK's for my ASZ engine'd Mk4 Golf, would this bolt upto a transverse Passat manifold and if so will I still be able to use my Milltek downpipe?

Also, for anyone who's fitted one, how laggy are they in comparison to say a PD150 turbo?

Originally saw your advert on TDISport.com  ;)

hmmm what is a code of the engine where the manifold comes from? and regarding the militec downpipe I've no idea to be honest no way of saying without trying, I've got one already welded onto manifold for ASZ wouldn't that be easier? it will definitely be closer to stock position and the chance of Militec downpipe fitting would be bigger
