Nice car.

Nice spec! :)

How much did you get all that for, it's just a tiny bit over what I'm going to get in mine

Don't really want to go in to that - It was the demonstrator but only had 500 miles on the clock -so it is not a 'new car'. I had many hours of negotiation with regards to price, interest rates and trade in value of my Fabia with the MD of my local dealership, also not quite in the same league as some of our other members (cough cough Richard) I have bought a few cars off them in the last couple of years

Sounds like you got a good price. ;)

Have to say, I think the colour really suits it.

I'll be having a good nose round this on Sunday. :)

Congratulations to the new fancy car ... Even properly equipped

Get out and run and enjoy. :sun:

Very nice ride indeed! Enjoy! :)

Great topic intro...you should be on stage. Enjoy your car, nice spec.

Some more pictures, taken the other day when I was test driving it:

Contratulations, mega spec car - buying a demonstrator off the forecourt is a great way of buying a good value car. Would have done the same myself if our local dealer had  anything other than a basic spec Elegance. :sun:

I ordered same colour from them in June but didn't want some of the toys that were in your car. Mind you I did like sitting in your car & playing with some of the toys - Sorry but I was gentle with them. Enjoy.

Grats... the wheels look increadible (and ensures me that I made the right choice ;) )

Electrical seats...

Nice car - front seats don't look too far forward and still there is impressive room in the rear. Very comparable to the Superb - might be a choice for me come change time, high specc'd Octavia.

The rear legroom has improved, yes. But comparable to a Superb? Not when you´re 202 cm tall, as myself. Then you need the "little extra" from the Superb.

Congrats on the car - lovely color and specs!

Nice car.

Congrats.

Are you still out driving it? :D

That's nice.

Well done, glad they managed to find someone wanting all that spec without DSG!  When I picked mine up on 1 June, yours had just arrived in the showroom, I was having a look round it and Rachel pointed out that Oliver had ticked all the options but forgot the DSG, oops!!  I offered to swap with mine but they politely declined!! :giggle:

PS. Don't forget to check your tyre pressures.  The monkey in the service dep't keeps getting his PSI mixed up with his BAR and they sent Stokey's and mine out running at 3.2 BAR instead of 32 PSI

I'll check the tyres  :giggle:

They didn't want to sell the car initially, but I was persistent  :notme: -Oliver was going to have it for his company car -he's fed up with paying company car tax on the Superb 3.6

He was in his element yesterday as he's just bought himself a Felicia Fun Pickup and was grinning like a Cheshire cat as he took it out for a spin -he collects old Skodas
