ok guys so I have noticed this like 2 months ago, the rubbers around the windows are making this annoying squicking noises and it's really upsetting, I have contacted the Skoda certified garage and until today they don't know what to do, can anyone help? is anyone else experiencing these problems? I have read other people talking about it in other forums, no solution found.

Mine did this but don't any more.

I took mine to the dealers, they added some silicone gel/lube , basically I find tyre gel works well, apply enough but not too much - rubber seal noises eliminated. It's because some car shampoo's dry it out.

Just a micro fiber cloth, or any kind of cloth should be fine.

That is a very personal question.  I find I only need it for rear entry, and only if my partner is rather large.

i would reccomend some Gummi Pflege product (i use the one from Wurth for my roadster)
