Trevor, I will be removing most if my interior trim over the next few weeks, rear seats, plastic trim, 6 play cd etc have all been removed already, the stereo in mine is the original VW radio, below is the climatronic above the radio is a four cassette storage draw rack and above that some fold up cup holders, all surrounded on a nice walnut propylene to match the gear stick.

is yours all wood too then lol i just want a non wood 6 speed gear knob and ashtray lid,

mine is all wood mate, it would take an army of wood worms to eat it all!   

Got a few bits done,

Coolant change with new header tank and some new g13 coolant,

Sunglasses holder fitted, and new black ashtray lid,

Have a edition25 gear knob on the way, and new inner handles so all wood will be gone woohoo , some new headlights, and a few other little bits, weekend will be fitting the milltek if my adapter turns up, and new battery, haldex oil and filter change,

It the vac pipe for the brake servo, luckily I still had a few packs of repair kits left over from when it was a recall on polos

Last wood bit is the gear knob now and I'm getting a new one start of next week woohoo wood be gone

A few more little mods, got a golf edition 25 gear knob and pedals, and fitted a new battery box cover, got some grommets from vw to refit the engine cover, and fitted some us spec rear lights i got for a bargain

Seeing those interior tweaks, I might have some door kickplates for a Mk4 thinking about it Trev - they're brand new. Pretty sure they were for an R32 when I ordered them. Back when I actually had a Mk4 Golf!

Not much more this month, got the gearbox shifter bushes coming from the group buy, and a new cubby hole trim that's it, just gone be doing a few miles this month, 36mpg is my record well impressed love this car
