After the hammer I gave my GAZ suspension yesterday (we had one or two kerb and grass moments) I would say GAZ are a worthwhile investment.

Probably go for ap coil overs as don't need the adjustable rebound etc and not going mega low, bargain at 450, in fact I want the front higher then it is now lol

Not much going on but a little update,

New cubby hole above stereo fitted,

Lip spoiler ordered

Private plate stuff should be here this week :),

No much more till start of December then, when suspension will be sorted, think I've finally decided on ap coil overs unless I find a set of mint r32 suspension :)

Ooh update, my lip spoiler came all the way from Hong Kong eBay special, wasn't holding my breath for it being good but it's actually not bad, it's a tiny bit too long so overlaps ever so slightly, but it comes painted in body colour for 20 odd quid so it's pretty awesome, car accidentally starting to look like my old silver octy with it now lol,

Your engine bay is fancy!!! I've just got black plastic in mine. :(

Are you keeping the wheels stock buddy?

That lip spoiler is bloody good for £20! Got a link - do they do any others? :)

Can you tell me how long that lip is please :)

See they don't have any Skoda ones available - unless your Bora one can be used Trev :)

Bmc fitted and stubby aerial, also changed my haldex oil and filter I hadn't got round to doing yet :), sounds lush at 3.5k -4k,

Some pics looks like a very old style haldex filter as they are enclosed plastic type now and they have been like that for ages, so god know if its ever been changed

And the BMC also got rid of the relay box that sits behind the maf and relocated the relay :)

Bit tight to get the cold air pipe to fit so have left it off for now but sounds Lovely

Bet that sounds good! Shouldn't be too much of a problem with air temps at the moment either :)

Yeah is a bit tight isn't it? And you don't what too tight a bend on the pipe either I guess.

Fitted my verdict bushes for the shifter mechanism, unfortunately the draft 42's didn't fit as I have an older type end mechanism :(,

Looking very cool mate, bloody bugger about the 42s :(

Shame about the bushes dude.

What is the part number for your auxiliary belt after removing the A/C pump Trev?

What you need is a 6pk1264 search for that believe oem no Should be 21.36 X 1264mm (OE Number 066 145 933 K)

That's what I found on ukmkiv's :)

Thank you sir, I can see another order being placed soon but the A/C will only come off when I take the head off also, no point doing it in bits.
