Got a record 40mpg out of her the other day 120mile trip and have got 430miles out of this tank amazing :), I think once I get some lighter wheels I may improve even more, though I didn't buy her for economy lol

Pretty good going! What was your average speed, over the 120 miles?

Does the removal of the secondary air pump cause issues with emissions?   I guess mine will also go when we turbo it.

around 50mph mainly single carridgeway b roads following lorries, doubt ill get near that again though average since i got her is 28 over 1700miles so not bad considering my work commute is four miles each way not usually seeing over 20 lol

hasnt affected the economy so guessing its not mucked with fueling alot, not fault codes as of yet but im expecting one as it should recognise the pump is not flowing, but my last 1.8t with removal used to take 100-200miles to throw a light even resistered.but Im gonna be getting mapped next year so they can code it out too so no worrys

Less then 60quid loom and new stalk :)

I have cruise on my Golf, it works a treat, especially when you sow down to 40 for road works and then hit resume, off it goes like a stabbed rat.
