'Simple Clever Pack'

Featured Replies

Apologies if this has appeared in a previous thread but can you order the 'Simply Clever Pack' from a dealership? I know its down as a factory option, but at the time of ordering my Octavia it was not available, i.e. not in the brochure. Surely it can be obtained from the dealers as its only an Ipod holder / Boot mat / Waste bin! I might be wrong though...

I was wondering the same thing!

I was hoping it'd spring up on SuperSkoda. :)

Which boot mat?

I have this package and I got: 1 boot mat with 2 faces, Ipod Holder and a Waste bin.

i got an iphone holder with my car but never ordered the simply clever?  maybe it was the dealer being nice :)

And how much was it for all that? And is it useful?

It's £80

EDIT:  As for usefulness, I'll tell you when my car arrives this December

So did I, and my salesman didn't know what it was when he was doing the handover!

My car had the media holder in on delivery too.

Quite handy as the 12v socket is next to it and the cable is stretched over to the cubby hole under the sat nav!

For me it is useful and I really wished for this package. It was under 80 pounds here for sure.

Never understood why people still go for mud flaps, they're a very 80s accessory and spoil the look of a car.

Its because of people that do lots of motorway driving, or go other back roads / gravel roadworks can end up with ****ed paintwork just behond the wheel arches.

I shall be chucking some on mine ASAP.

+1 I have had them fitted on mine having had previous experience of paint badly chipped on sills. They might not be the prettiest accessory but neither are rusty sills.

Hmmm I do alot of motorway miles and alot of driving on country roads and some forest fire roads and have never felt the need for mudguards, never had an trouble with damage to the paint, especially on my Octavia with the thick underseal on the sills.

Noticed mine had the weird phone holder thingy that sits in the cup holder next to the hand brake, I don't have the simply clover pack though....
