Mk III 2013 (13) Octavia 1.6 Elegance 4.5k miles - 4 Months old - for Sale

Octavia MK III 2013 1.6 TDI Elegance, Steel Grey Mettalic (13 Plate).  Less than 4 months old at time of writing, 4500 miles on the clock.. 

Comes with all the Elegance spec niceties, Sat Nav, Cruise Control, dual Zone Air conditioning, rear parking sensors, electric folding mirrors and has a spare wheel. 

I'm selling owing to a change in circumstances, I've moved to a new job that comes with a car and as much as I like the Octavia I can't keep both.

The car is an ex demo which I bought outright thinking I'd be keeping it for at least a few years if not a lot longer, so there's no outstanding HP or anything like that, I am the only keeper other than the dealer from which I bought it. 

The car is taxed for another 6 months, but, it's band A so road tax costs nothing.  No accidents so the HPI will be clear.  

Condition is as you'd expect for a car this young.
