Bought a Monte Tech with 3 years free servicing. The dealer mentioned that I would receive confirmation of free servicing in the post but i haven't had anything yet and had the car a couple of months now. Should I get onto the dealer to see where it is or did whoever told me that just make it up and I don't need confirmation because its saved on the system somewhere?

if you have any concerns / issues give customers services a call or drop them a line via website / email just to confirm

 

but if you have the car on finance then you will have 3year / 30,000 miles of free servicing as it is standard part of the finance agreement

I never got any paperwork through, it just showed on the system when it went for it's first service. Yours should be on their computer system, just ask them nicely to check for you :-)
