Have started getting a few pm's regarding more kits so setting up another group buy for those that want it

 

I have managed to get boost nipples added if they are required along with thicker gaskets and a slight change in pipe work for a better hold for the clamps.

 

In the kit you will receive, along with whats in the pictures, the screws. However the originals will fit and are porbably slightly better in my opinion.

The kit consists of everything needed minus the 90 degree bend, you can either chop down your original pipe work or order a 90 degree bend that has a diameter of 57mm

The more people ww get does it get cheaper ;-)

I will keep this open until Tuesday then start collecting payments

 

We usually have a drop out or two which would mean it wont start so good to have a few in reserve

Waiting for a text back from my mate who will probably want a pd130 ASZ delete, but will confirm 100% tomorrow afternoon

Alright dude not to sound stupid but what does an EGR delete do?? And I got a fab vRS mk1 which one do I need ...don't have a boost gauge but want one would it run fine with the nipple even tho I don't have a gauge

The EGR delete pipe completely removes the EGR valve which is prone to blocking up with soot and tar from the oily deposits that come from the oil seals and crank case ventilation, like this one:

EGR is only for emmision purposes, by removing it you gain power and increase your MPG as exhaust gases are no longer pumped into your cylinders meaning fresh air is there instead = efficient burn = power + economy. Setting off is a lot smoother too. 

 

The pipe is completely hollow so also has no restrictions where as the valve would incur some kind of air turbulence within the inlet system, again this improves power albeit a small bit but everything helps!

 

You could just block off the boost gauge nipple with something then remove it when you get a boost gauge, thats what im doing as im not fitting my guage straight away. Hope any of that helps!

To hopefully speed things up a little I have sent a PM to all those that have shown interest so far.
