I'm so so excited and pleased, just had a call from Dale at my local dealer to say my car had arrived and sent some pics...here she is!

1st one I've seen in red- looks very nice. Get some pictures up when the wrapping's off though!

I think the corrida red compliments the car. Good choice of colour. 

It reminds me of a red used by Mercedes.

Ordered from Progress Skoda in Bedford.

Had a couple of cars from them, SWMBOs octavia vrs came from Progress in Northampton.

I've ordered mine from progress in letchworth even tho Bedford is closer, there a good bunch of guys. You will have to get some more pictures when you get it.

I'm looking at mid feb delivery for my vRS hatch... Gutted but seeing all you other lucky people getting your shiny new cars keeps me sane! Lol!

They are a good group of dealerships. Any issues are normally quickly resolved.

Warren at Northampton is spot on and guy I've recently dealt with at Bedford, Dale seems like a top chap to.

That does look really smart, a nice bright red, black back, dark interior with red accents, perfect!  You must be really pleased, its going to be a loooooong week until collection!!!

 

Do I spy a colour maxidot by any chance??  If so, any chance you could take some nice pics of it in action please, I have that ordered on my car but actually seeing some pics of it is proving really difficult!

I got the monochrome maxidot and it is perfectly fine. the colour is only worth it with the nav (in my opinion)

and mine is also a red with black pack est. picked it up on Monday and loving it! !

I think you have probably got the best colour there. I couldn't make my mind between red, black or white and eventually went with white. I think I have made a mistake as the red/black combo looks good :(

I went for colour maxi dot as for me it just looked a bit more "modern" and I just wanted for it to look a bit more impactive but yes re: functions I see what your saying. My last couple have both had the black and white computer.

I'm feeling pleased that I went for Red with the black pack, I wanted to try avoid Race Blue as my current Fabia Vrs and wife's octy are both in race blue....Rallye Green next time :-)

Thanks, it seems you went for the colour for the same reasons as me, as it just looks a bit different and slightly more modern, I am having sat nav as well so maybe it will look good with that, bit either way, for £80, it just seemed like a nice option which whilst doesnt do a great deal functionally, just makes it slightly different, besides I am always a sucker for cheap options!! :-)

 

I have had a few white cars recently, but whittled my choice down to white, corrida red or the meteor grey, when I said decided on the grey I got 'the look' from the wife so that was out, then it was down to red or white, and I went with white, however, looking at your red one I think it is really close between the two colours :-)  Anyway, enjoy it when you get it :-)
